Ready To Receive The Impossible

142910_chora_virginMary was rescued from the power of original sin. Christ, who receives his human flesh from his mother, receives this flesh from a person who, by a singular gift from God, comes into this world without original sin.

Mary “the New Eve”

Mary is someone who is ready to receive the impossible.

Because the very best things are not taken; they are received as gifts. God did not block Adam and Eve’s access to the tree because he wanted to prevent them from having what he had; he blocked access because he wanted to give them gifts.

The Mission is You

1404983_the_resurrection_of_jesusWhat’s your mission, your purpose, our purpose, here on this crazy planet? The mission isn’t out there or somewhere to find. Its inside of you. Look! Peel those layers back. Find! Its in you. Crack it open. Don’t wait! No reason to let time tick away. It can be now if you choose it. Now!

Jesus First Fruit Of New Life

It was no ordinary grave site. People weren’t milling around, deep in thought and prayer. It was a startling event, mayhem, not a grave robbing, a break out! Jesus was the first fruit of our new life.

A new human nature had evolved.

Resurrection was the turning point. It blew our minds. The crucified one who had died-is now alive again. We can share in the risen life of Jesus now lived at a higher level, spiritualized and glorified.

The Empty Grave | Word on Fire

“The Resurrection of Jesus means the very foundations of the cosmos have been shaken.”

– Fr. Robert Barron

Happy Easter From Lightsmyway.com… For next 8 Days!!

Today is Easter! Hey! What, Easter was on Sunday!? But in the Church’s liturgical life, the eight days from Easter Sunday until Divine Mercy Sunday are celebrated as if they were one long day. The glorious news that Christ is risen is too AWESOME to be contained in one day.
